Amanda Norman Morgan Steiner
Vice President

Ms. Steiner began working for MuniCap, Inc. in June 2016. Ms. Steiner is a registered Municipal Advisor (Series 50) and has passed the Municipal Advisor Principal Qualification Examination (Series 54). Ms. Steiner’s responsibilities consist of ongoing bond administration services and project management to a number of tax increment districts, excise tax districts, special assessment districts and special tax districts. In addition, Ms. Steiner has participated in the identification and management of the refunding and the refinancing of municipal bonds while aiding both developers and municipalities with understanding and implementing the refunding or refinancing.

Ms. Steiner is also responsible for the oversight of MuniCap’s Pittsburgh, PA office. In this capacity, Ms. Steiner oversees the projects located in the Mid-West. She has assisted in the development of financial models, tax increment, excise tax and special assessment reports, financial disclosure reports and ad hoc analysis. Ms. Steiner also has experience with monitoring, analyzing and reporting sales tax data for multiple projects.

Ms. Steiner is a 2016 graduate of Clarion University. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.S.B.A. degree in finance and real estate. During her college career, Ms. Steiner received numerous honors, including Grey’s Real Estate Scholarship, Venango Endowment Scholarship, as well as earning recognition as Clarion’s Outstanding Real Estate Student in 2016. Ms. Steiner is also active in the Council of Development Finance Agencies and Beta Gamma Sigma, an internationally recognized business honor society.

Ms. Faubel’s professional background is in finance, project management, and numerous segments of real estate, in addition to nonprofit work in higher education and animal rescue. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Georgia State University and a Master of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Ms. Faubel’s responsibilities at MuniCap include annual budget preparation, financial modeling, financial record keeping, project monitoring, preparing continuing disclosure reports, and surveillance and reporting, including SEC required reporting obligations, mostly for districts in Virginia. Ms. Faubel is a registered Municipal Advisor (Series 50).
