Mr. Heskes provides bond administration services.

Mr. Heskes obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Terrorism and Security Studies from American University. Prior to joining MuniCap, he worked as an associate for a trust company, where he managed client relationships, evaluated asset allocations, and advised on tax and estate planning. He also gained experience as an assistant controller and legal assistant with tax law firm, handling day-to-day business operations and working with lawyers on tax and estate planning matters. Mr. Heskes is a registered Municipal Advisor (Series 50).
