Mr. Pfirrman is responsible for providing ongoing bond administration services to number of tax increment reinvestment zones and PIDs. Services provided include annual budget preparation, parcel research, financial record keeping and trustee oversight, surveillance and reporting, including SEC required reporting, continuing disclosure report preparation, and preparation of annual PID plan updates. Additionally, services include research and analysis associated with financial modeling and projections. Mr. Pfirrman is a registered Municipal Advisor (Series 50).

Mr. Pfirrman is a recent graduate of the College of William & Mary and has a Bachelor of Arts with a major in government and a minor in history. At William & Mary, Mr. Pfirrman was a leader in his fraternity, coached youth volleyball and later served as a transportation specialist for the American Red Cross. Prior to joining MuniCap, Mr. Pfirrman interned for the RMR Group, an alternative asset management company, where he gained experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and research.
