Mr. Metcalfe is responsible for providing ongoing bond administration services for a number of tax increment districts, special assessment districts, and special tax districts. These services include but are not limited to annual budget preparation, parcel research, financial record keeping and trustee oversight, project monitoring, surveillance and reporting, including SEC required reporting obligation, and preparing annual reports for clients.

Mr. Metcalfe has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated cum laude. Mr. Metcalfe majored in corporate finance and personal finance and minored in accounting. Mr. Metcalfe was a prominent member of the Golden Eagle Marching Band and Kappa Kappa Psi, a national honorary band fraternity. In addition, Mr. Metcalfe completed an internship at Lawrence County Social Services, where he worked in the fiscal department.  Mr. Metcalfe is a registered Municipal Advisor (Series 50).
