Mr. Kennedy is responsible for providing ongoing bond administration services for a number of tax increment districts, special assessment districts, and special tax districts. These services include annual budget preparation, parcel research, financial record keeping and trustee oversight, project monitoring, surveillance and reporting, including SEC required reporting obligation, and preparing annual reports for clients.

Mr. Kennedy has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Point Park University, where he graduated summa cum laude. Mr. Kennedy has a background in the engineering industry, specifically related to accounting and project management. Mr. Kennedy is a registered Municipal Advisor (Series 50).
