Ms. Iorio specializes in financial modeling and the implementation of public financing programs for numerous projects. Her responsibilities consist of project management, financial modeling, and analytical research related to tax increment and special assessment financing.

Ms. Iorio recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from Clemson University’s College of Business, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in economics with an accounting minor, and a Bachelor of Science in financial management with a corporate finance emphasis, both with honors. During her time at Clemson, Zoe studied abroad in New Zealand, interned with an accounting firm in Ireland, served as chancellor of Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity, and was a representative on the Economics Student Advisory Board. She has also accumulated work experience as a portfolio manager for Citizens Bank in New York City, and a project engineer for EIC Associates, most notably on the World Trade Center Vehicle Security Center Project. Ms. Iorio is a registered Municipal Advisor (Series 50).
