Ms. Paschal graduated from Howard University with a Bachelor of Science, where she engaged in different volunteer work throughout the District of Columbia. She also earned her Master’s in Business Administration from University of Maryland University College. In addition to her academic achievements, she worked in an accounting and finance role, preparing financial statements.
