Ms. Munsch is responsible for providing ongoing bond administration services for a number of tax increment districts, special assessment districts, and special tax districts. Services provided include, but are not limited to, annual budget preparation, financial record keeping and trustee oversight, project monitoring, parcel research, preparing continuing disclosure reports, and surveillance and reporting, including SEC required reporting obligations. In addition, Ms. Munsch provides compliance services in accordance with SEC Rule 15c2-12 and related MSRB rules, which specifically apply to municipal securities, to ensure timely continuing disclosure.

Ms. Munsch has a Bachelor of Science degree from Clarion University, where she graduated magnum cum laude with majors in accounting, corporate finance, and personal finance. Ms. Munsch received several honors in her scholastic career, including Clarion’s Greek honors life in her first year of university and several merit scholarships throughout her years of study.

Prior to joining MuniCap, Ms. Munsch worked as a manager’s office assistant for Clarion’s administrative events support team.
