Stephanie Blair joined MuniCap in July 2021, serving as a manager for bond administration services. Ms. Blair is a registered Municipal Advisor (Series 50) and has passed the Municipal Advisor Principal Qualification Exam (Series 54). Ms. Blair is responsible for bond administration services for tax increment districts, special tax districts, and special assessment districts throughout the United States. Ms. Blair oversees and assists with operational services including annual budget preparation, account reconciliation, trustee supervision, parcel research, and continuing disclosure reporting obligations. Ms. Blair also assists with ongoing efforts towards facilitating employee growth and development.

Prior to joining MuniCap, Ms. Blair served for 4.5 years as an analyst with Wells Fargo Corporate Trust Services, responsible for the reconciliation, bond payment calculations, payments, and reporting on mortgage-backed securities. Ms. Blair graduated from University of Maryland’s Global Campus in December of 2016. While in undergraduate studies, she held a fulltime position with Discovery Communications at their world headquarters as a member of the Content Financial Accounting Team.
