We are currently seeking a Public Finance – Bond Administrator. In this role, you will interact closely with local municipal governments, real estate developers, and homebuilders to assist with the management and operational aspects of special financing districts with an emphasis on Public Improvement Districts (PIDs). Our ideal candidate will need to apply a variety of skill sets ranging from project management, critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills to effectively oversee projects throughout all stages of the infrastructure development financing process.

Responsibilities:
Oversight of multiple special financing districts, which are predominantly residential in nature
Monitor project development, communicate with client and interested parties
Lead small group (<30 people) seminars and training discussions
Preparation of annual financial budgets and corresponding reports
Preparation of compliance reports on special assessment revenue bonds
Preparation of disclosure information materials
Valuation and reconciliation of trust accounts and statements
Evaluation of on-going project and development metrics
Review and implementation of bond and legal documents
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, finance, or accounting[MP9]
Recent graduates should have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
Series 50, Series 54 or Series 7 preferred, but not required
Real estate, development or municipal securities experience preferred, but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong critical thinking skills
Excellent writing and strong communication skills
Attention to detail, organization and time management
Team player and willingness to take on new tasks as needed
